Most orders will ship in 5-7 business days. If you have not received tracking information after 7 days, please reach out via email.

LeBeau Candle Co will ship via 2-3 day UPS or priority mail USPS, depending on cost and location.

We currently do not offer international shipping. This is due to extremely high costs to ship, and items occasionally get held in customs for months before reaching the customer.

Local pick up is free and offered as an option at check out. Once your order is ready (usually within 3-5 days), you will get an email telling you how to schedule your pick up. I am very flexible and aim to make it as effortless as possible.

Returns and exchanges are not offered. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will happily offer a replacement of the same exact item that was damaged. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any other reason.
